1930's Renovation

A truly unique property was given a majorrenovation. Starting with a complete repaint inside - ceiling, walls, skirting and architraves as well as the kitchen cabinets, fireplace and exposed brick. The bathrooms were also updated with a new vanity and hardware, toilets and painted tiles. Carpets were removed and the beautiful, but neglected floorboards underneath were sanded and polished. After a new curtains and blinds and few finishing touches and upgrades, the home has a lovely fresh and modern feeling, whilst still respecting its heritage.
